Why is the light flashing?
During normal operation the Indicator Light should remain off. When the collar is activating, the light will flash to indicate that it it is giving a stimulation. Also, as the product is used and the battery is drained to a weakened state, the Indicator Light will begin to flash to show that it is time to change the battery
